Integrated Property Services Ltd. provides seasonal Lawn Care & Maintenance Services to Edmonton and its surrounding areas, including Sherwood Park and St. Albert. Please contact us to find out if our services are available in your area.
Our lawn care and maintenance services are specifically designed for Edmonton's commercial and condominium properties. (Sorry, we do not provide residential lawn care services at this time unless it is part of a landscaping project).
Our professional lawn mowers and lawn maintenance specialists will take great care of your yard. We use the best equipment available and can manage any sized lot. From modest condominium yards to huge commercial golf courses, our lawn care specialists get the job done right.
IPS features a rotating Lawn Care service schedule based on "service days" as opposed to assigning properties to each specific day of the week. Properties will be added to the services schedule on day 1,2,3,4 or 5 so that if there is rain on any day of the week, each property gets ‘Bumped” back one day so that no property goes without servicing for more than a few days after their scheduled service date.
Scheduled Work Hours:
IPS works a standard Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Weekends are not normally scheduled, however they can be scheduled upon request and availability.
Spring Clean Up (April 15 – May 7)
Lawn Care & Maintenance (May 1 – Sept 30)
Fall Clean Up (Oct 1 – Oct 21)
- De-thatching / Power raking and disposal of dead grass from lawn surface.
- Removal of debris (litter, dead leaves, twigs) from all grass, shrub, rock and flower areas.
- Turning and defining of tree bowls.
- Edge Trimming - edge all applicable lawn surfaces areas (weed whacker).
- Lawn mowing of all grassed areas.
- Power blow / sweep off all sidewalk areas.
- Power edging (edge cutting machine)*
- Aeration and fertilization of all grassed areas.*
- Application of weed control* and turf enhancer products.*
