New Eco Friendly Bag System Adopted by IPS

Starting July 1st IPS will be adopting a compostable only bagging policy for all of our properties grass removal. While considerably more expensive then traditional bags these bags will enable us to remove the waste grass from all of our properties and bring them to a compost site for recycling. The bags are made out of a corn resin and will compost quickly along with the grass clippings.  As part of this new eco friendly system properties that produce grass waste will notice a surcharge on average of between 10 to 50 dollars per month to help cover the additional costs of purchasing these bags. Note that properties that do not produce bags of grass clippings will not incur any additional charges.
