Integrated Property Services Ltd. is dedicated to providing a combination of cost effective alternatives and simplified service solutions to the building and property maintenance industry in an effort to reduce overall costs to our clients and simplify their building and property maintenance needs.
The Company
Integrated Property Services Ltd. is an Alberta based corporation that was designed and developed by a property manager in the Edmonton area. Since its inception in 2007, IPS has grown substantially each and every year by delivering quality services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction by upholding a higher standard of communication.
We currently offer our services in the greater Edmonton area, including St. Albert and Sherwood Park. Please contact us to find out if our services are available in your area.
As of July 15, 2010, Integrated Property Services LTD. is an Accredited Business at the Better Business Bureau.
Insurance & Policy
Integrated Property Services Ltd. carries both liability insurance and WCB coverage to ensure that both our clients and our employees are properly covered at all times. IPS also adheres to the Edmonton snow removal guidelines.

Environmentally Conscious
IPS recognizes the importance of being environmentally conscious, it is our goal to continue to develop and institute new policies and practices that support future environmental sustainability. Some examples include:
- A wide array of environmentally friendly products for our clients to choose from.
- Rigorous maintenance schedules on all of our equipment and vehicles.
- The proper disposal of debris at landfill sites, eco stations and recycling centers.
- The use of biodegradable products when possible
- Proper training for the storage, use and disposal of chemicals
